We offer the following shipping methods for orders placed on our website:
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 Business Days (Australian orders)
Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 Business Days depending on your location (Worldwide)
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and other factors.
1.2 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. The cost is determined by the selected shipping method, the weight of the items in your order, and your delivery address.
1.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by using the provided tracking information.
Returns Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
As all prints are custom-ordered, I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds. If any damages occur during postage, please email me with a photo of the damage to ameliaelchaarphotography@gmail.com within 7 business days.
All prints are wrapped in acid-free paper and a Certificate of Authenticity. They will be mailed in a cardboard mailing tube. Prints are usually sent via Australia Post with a tracking No. which will be sent to you once posted. Orders should be received within 2 weeks of ordering, depending on the postage carrier and other circumstances. I will communicate with you if any delays.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact cameliaelchaarphotography@gmail.com with your order number and a description and photo of the damages. We will provide you with further instructions.
2.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
2.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 - 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.5 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
2.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the item or arrange for a replacement.
