Framing
Framing may be requested for an additional cost. Please send an email to ameliaelchaarphotography@gmail.com for any requests. Generally, I offer frames to customers in the Sydney area as frames can be damaged in the posting process.
Creation
Once you have placed your order, I work with my amazing printing team to prepare this for its journey to you. Prints on average will be posted within 2 weeks of purchase.
Postage
All prints are wrapped in acid-free paper and a Certificate of Authenticity. They will be mailed in a cardboard mailing tube. Prints are usually sent via Australia Post with a tracking No. which will be sent to you once posted. Orders should be received within 2 weeks of ordering, depending on the postage carrier and other circumstances. I will communicate with you if any delays.
Returns Policy
As all prints are custom-ordered, I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds. If any damages occur during postage, please email me with a photo of the damage to ameliaelchaarphotography@gmail.com within 7 business days.
